Due to the digital nature of these products, all sales are final, and no refunds will be provided once the product has been downloaded.

One-to-One Coaching

You may cancel or reschedule a session up to 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled session will not be refunded.

Group Coaching

Group coaching is non-refundable once the group session has started. Refunds will only be offered for cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance of the session start time.
